Panoramas of the Abbey Church St. Urban
by Stephan Boog
Four extraordinary panoramas have been taken at different locations, which are not publicly available. The pictures were taken in HDR technique as the contrast differences were high. Each picture has been taken with 7 different exposures and combined thereafter. For every panorama 22 focal width independent were necessary; this results in a number of 154 pictures per panorama and 616 pictures in total for 4 panoramas.
For copyright reasons, the images are presented on my own site, but with an external link to the site of the monastery of St. Urban. Watch the panoramas on a big screen in full screen mode: they are extremely impressive.
For the time being, various parts of the monastery are being renovated. As soon as these works are completed, I will be allowed to take additional panoramas.
